If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.
What is our return policy?
We accept returns for unused, non-personalized items in their original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@matchi-matchi.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will guide you through the process of returning them at no additional cost to you.
Who covers return shipping costs?
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping
costs and provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please first return the original item following our return process, and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@matchi-matchi.com with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect item. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no additional cost to you and will send you a replacement or refund as applicable.
